THE ESTATE LAWN
Just beyond the steps of the primary residence is the Estate Lawn. This space, with unobstructed views of the lake, provides the perfect backdrop for your storybook wedding. This stunning space is ideal for waterfront weddings and can accommodate up to 80 guests.
FERN OAK ESTATE FOREST
Take your first steps together under our 100-year-old oak forest canopy. This natural clearing, located at the rear of the Fern Oak Estate property, is the fairytale setting for your wedding. Complete with a beautiful wood-crafted arbor, this space can comfortably seat 80 guests.
THE ESTATE COURTYARD
The Estate Courtyard is conveniently located just behind the Estate House. A 2,200 sq ft space surrounded by charming landscaping and expansive views of the lake. A flexible space with room for seating, tables, tents, cocktails and more.
THE SAND BAR
The Sand Bar is a modern 4,000-square-foot venue with a standalone bar, catering kitchen, fire pit, and covered gazebo that can double as a stage. It is perfect for small gatherings and cocktail receptions and offers a draft beer system, ice maker, and DJ-rated sound system.
